Sour Cream with a fat content 20.0 %

ZarechyeTM sour cream is a highly nutritious and tasty product that has many useful nutrients inherent to milk. Sour cream produced by PrJSC “Kupyansk Milk Сanning Factory”  contains only cream and a ferment. Sour cream is not subject to re-pasteurization after production, so the activity of lactic acid bacteria remains preserved in it.

Lactic acid bacteria viable count is not less than 10⁷ CFU in 1cm³ of product.
